The Open House Registration form can be generated in APT by searching the listing address or MLS ID number.  The form asks for the visitor's information and feedback about the home. 

It also displays 2 QR codes that allow the visitor to register from their phone and view the listing page on our website.  There are a few ways you can use the form including:

• Printing and placing it on a table/wall to allow visitors to scan the QR code
• Opening it on your laptop/tablet/iPad to allow visitors to type in their info or scan the QR code
• Opening it on The Agency CRM app to allow visitors to type in their info or scan the QR code
