✅ 1. Stay Signed In

When signing in to Gmail, make sure the “Stay signed in” or “Remember me” checkbox is selected. If you're clearing cookies or using incognito/private browsing, Gmail won’t remember your session.

✅ 2. Use a Trusted Device

If you're switching between devices or networks (especially VPNs), Google may flag it as suspicious. Stick to one device and Wi-Fi network when possible.

✅ 3. Check Browser Settings

  • Allow cookies for accounts.google.com and mail.google.com.

  • Don’t use settings or extensions that delete cookies or block tracking (like privacy-focused plugins or browsers set to delete history/cookies on exit).

✅ 4. Enable 2-Step Verification

Oddly enough, enabling 2-Step Verification can reduce these verification prompts because it reassures Google it's really you—even across devices.

✅ 5. Mark Device as Trusted

When Google asks you to verify your identity, look for a checkbox that says “Don’t ask again on this device” or similar. Make sure it's checked.

✅ 6. Review Security Settings
