How do I add my signature to Gmail?

To add your signature to your email, you will need to copy the signature template from your personnel record and then paste the information directly in your email app.

 

 

 

GMAIL - Paste Your Signature

 

Computer

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. At the top right, click Settings Settings and then See all settings.
  3. In the "Signature" section, add your signature text in the box.
  4. At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.

 

Android

Set up a signature that shows up only for emails you send from the Gmail app.

  1. Open the Gmail app .
  2. In the top left, tap Menu Menu.
  3. Scroll to the bottom, then tap Settings.
  4. Choose the Google Account where you want to add a signature.
  5. Tap Mobile Signature.
  6. Enter the text for your signature.
  7. Tap OK.

 

iPhone & iPad

You can set up a signature that shows up only for emails you send from the Gmail app. If you have multiple accounts in the Gmail app, you need to change this setting for each account.

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Gmail app .
  2. At the top left, tap Menu Menu and then Settings .
  3. Under "Compose and Reply," tap Signature settings.
  4. Turn on "Mobile Signature."
  5. Add or edit your mobile signature.
  6. To save, tap Back Back.
